What is the procedure for obtaining reimbursement of state govt.'s share in the expenditure made by railways on the Bridge proper ,where state govt.'s share is more than railways and Railways has initiated the work .what are available railway board orders/jpo's to follow on the subject.Please clarify in this regard early ....
