In one of the agreements,plastering item of 15mm thickness was executed and measurements for 12mm were recorded in the Measurement book.payments were made for 12mm plastering item as the agreement includes only 12mm.subsequently plastering item 15mm included in subsidiary agreement and got sanction.Now while making payment for 15mm plastering item,12mm plastering which was earlier operated is shown as minus item in the bill. Is it permissible ? if Yes..how it is to be done.when the work is done for higher dimension and payment is made for lower dimension due to the presenece of an item in agreement..what is the procedure.please elucidate....
