A word of caution about the staff corner calculator---------in my case,it kept my as drawn pay constant and boosted up the arrears.Pl go thru the working sheet
carefully b4 rejoicing.

You can use the 'Due' side as calculated by the Calculator and replace the 'Drawn' side with actual figures taken from your payslips, using a
new Excel sheet. That way, you should be able to get the correct figures. The fixation as per the calculator appears to be correct. The pay bands have also
been modified from those recommended by the Commission, as it appears has actually been done by the Govt. For example, PB-4 in the Calculator starts from Rs
37400 as against Rs 39200 recommended by the Commission.
