in the work contract ,data is generated at diff place ie measurement are entered at work site by IOW , prepared at ADEN HQ ,passed in DEN office ,DFM office & paid at chief cashier /pay office .
how these dates will be recorded as all does not have web connectivity .diff staff has to recoed a date after forwarding bill to next desk to know correct status of bill
how we are going to achieve it & what should be set up o achieve the desired goal
