			<description><![CDATA[ It seems that the code of conduct has been taken to extreme lengths by the IRAS brethren on this forum. It is probably thought that expressing personal views
on this site might somehow lead to violation of the code of conduct for elections and lead us over the hot coals before the EC! Why the deafening silence? By
the way, was any IRAS officer sent for Expenditure Observer&#39;s duty? It was such a wonderful experience and brought one face to face with the hurly-burly of
