			<description><![CDATA[ Some time back, two of the SG officers of WCR got promoted to SAG. Also, one of the vacant posts in SAG got filled up. As a result, at the time of according
farewell to the two outgoing officers (they came back after joining in their respective zones), there were five FA&amp;CAOs on the dias.

			<description><![CDATA[ Most of the 1996 batch joined service on 4th Sept&#39;97 and got JAG w.e.f. 20th Jan&#39;08. A monstrous delay.

In one of my earlier posts I had mentioned how this delay is hurting us vis-a-vis our colleagues. But the true impact is being felt now - after the 6th PC. The
loss to each one of us is pretty big.

So who is responsible?? Somebody is - if not deliberately then due to pure lethargy.
